#TBT: Project Spotlight on Aerison's Powder Leach Nickel Sulphate Project Our recent work on a nickel sulphate facility was driven by the booming electric vehicle market and global energy shift. The development of this facility, crucial for battery manufacturing, marked a pivotal shift for our client and opened up a new revenue stream in the rapidly growing battery production market. As the principal contractor, Aerison delivered comprehensive design, engineering, and construction services. Our modularisation approach played a key role in the project’s success, allowing us to fabricate and pre-assemble 600 tonnes of structural steel offsite, minimising onsite construction time. Key Highlights: - 1090 tonnes of steel work - 25 pressure and non-pressure vessels - 40,000lm of services, ventilation & fluid pipework - 1600 instruments & valves - 110,000lm of electrical cabling - Use of exotic materials including FRP, SAF, duplex, and super-duplex stainless steel With a peak workforce of 225, Aerison successfully completed this complex project, a true testament to our core values of Safety, Delivery, and Innovation. 🌟 Celebrating a New Chapter for Aerison! 🌟 On Wednesday evening, we celebrated our much-anticipated office warming event, which brought together distinguished guests including the Honorable David Michael, Minister for Mines and Petroleum; along with valued clients, partners, suppliers, and our incredible Aerison team. This office warming marks a significant milestone in Aerison’s journey. Our CEO Dylan (迪伦, Дилан) Wadia highlighted 3 words, “Resilience, determination, and unity. Resilience to get ourselves here. Determination of the teams to be successful. And the unity that everyone has shown.” Since October 2023, we've made tremendous progress. We relocated our headquarters, moved our fabrication facility to a 25-hectare site at Bibra Lake, established strategic partnerships, opened our Queensland office, and secured key projects. Looking ahead, Aerison’s future is bright. We are uniquely positioned with capabilities spanning design, manufacturing, construction, commissioning, and on-site maintenance.
