NEW research from ADM+S Mark Andrejevic (Monash University) and Timothy Graham (QUT (Queensland University of Technology) has raised suspicions as to whether Elon Musk has tweaked X’s algorithm to increase the reach of his posts leading up to the US presidential election. Since first endorsing Trump’s presidential campaign in July, Musk's view counts on posts have increased by 138%, retweets by 238%, and likes by 186%.
