I have recently reviewed this for a colleague and I am so mindful of how telehealth has changed so much in over a year. In the past year of service, we have had NDIA review services but no qualitative review of Telehealth vs Face to Face has been completed. Secondly there has been scrutiny from services around "what is right for my client" and often this is fueled by support coordinators, plan managers and support workers who are unsure to facilitate this. We have to continue to focus on education and supporting our services to consider the holistic picture and access to services over waiting 2 years for a face to face service in a remote, rural or even metropolitan area.
