Whether I’m figuring out a diagnosis, celebrating overcoming an illness or just being there for a patient when they are going through a difficult time, I want to be there to help them along the way.”
Dr. Cortese is board certified in family medicine. He treats all conditions and patients of all ages. He particularly enjoys sports medicine and musculoskeletal injuries and injections.
He chose family medicine because he enjoys taking care of all medical conditions and people of all ages. He likes being the first person his patients contact when they have a concern or ailment, and he loves the idea of forming relationships and caring for his patients for years to come.
He received his master’s degree at Georgetown University and his degree in osteopathic medicine at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 daughters. They enjoy being active outdoors, going to farmers’ markets, concerts and family friendly activities. He also enjoys a variety of sports, particularly golf.
