Biography

“I am passionate about treating heart disease in children by providing support and education to children and their families. I have always enjoyed making connections with children and adolescents, and pediatric cardiology is fascinating and so rewarding. It's the perfect fit for me!”

Dr. Cook is board certified in pediatric cardiology. She specializes in fetal cardiology, congenital heart disease, Kawasaki disease, hyperlipidemia, dysautonomia and hypertension.

She received her medical degree and completed a residency at Wake Forest University. She completed a fellowship at Duke University Medical Center. Dr. Cook is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family. She loves traveling, reading, going to the movies and playing card games.
