Arbitrating in the Modern World: Last Friday, Fieldfisher Austria represented by our arbitration partner Dr. Alice Meissner jointly held with the London office of Fieldfisher, China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) and the European Chinese Arbitrators Association an arbitration event on new areas of arbitration and the impact of new regulations on arbitration as the European Chapter of this year‘s China Arbitration Week. Simon Sloane FCIArb, arbitration partner of Fieldfisher welcomed warmly the interested audience. We thank our brilliant speakers, which included fintech specialists and space law experts for their great insights: Yang Cui, Nathan Capone, Laura Yvonne Zielinski, Jordan Yang, Peter Tutsch, Oliver Stauber, Mariel Dimsey, Simon Sloane, Adolf Peter and Guang Li with Christopher Chinn, FCIArb moderating the second panel. Wir hatten viel Spaß bei einer Runde um den Ring mit einer atemberaubenden Kulisse der Ringstrassenarchitektur. With lots of enthusiasm and motivation, we took part in the Vienna Night Run again this year.
