    🤝 DealerHub: A Masterpiece of Collaboration 🤝 DealerHub is the result of the collaboration between 180 specialists from four companies: Avocodo GmbH, KTM Informatics, LX media GmbH, and PIERER Innovation. This project vividly demonstrates the power of synergies within our alliance and stands as a prime example of how interdisciplinary teams can create innovative solutions through combined efforts. 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀: Interdisciplinary Teams and Large-Scale Planning: Seven Scrum teams from different companies collaborated seamlessly to create a robust, user-friendly system. With diverse expertise and mutual respect, they developed creative solutions. Regular meetings kept everyone aligned and ensured efficient project development through idea exchange and workflow coordination. 𝗞𝗶𝗰𝗸-𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲: The initial phase featured a significant kick-off event uniting all teams. This meeting introduced the project's technical and business aspects and fostered a shared vision and culture. Despite diverse backgrounds, we successfully established an atmosphere of trust and openness. Led by PIERER Innovation and LX media GmbH, we delved into extensive market studies to ensure DealerHub would revolutionize the dealer experience globally. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀: - Dealer Workshops: Sessions with dealers to deeply understand their workflows and needs, shaping DealerHub to enhance their operations. - Market Analysis: Examining various markets to uncover valuable features tailored to regional requirements. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀: We started with limited knowledge outside Austria and little insight into DealerNet usage. Conducting field studies, we immersed ourselves in dealers' environments to identify their needs. Contextual inquiries and interviews revealed hidden patterns and led to changes in the information hierarchy. 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Understanding varied dealer needs across regions, especially in the US, was challenging. By interviewing dealers and conducting contextual inquiries, we improved our understanding of their daily routines and redesigned the UX for greater efficiency. 𝗙𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗦𝗔: Field research provided insights into US dealer behavior and dealership dynamics, informing role-specific design improvements.     The first ever Summer-Event at DC1 in Wels ☀️ Last week we had our first ever PIERER Digital Summer-Event at the beautiful new DC1 building in Wels. And we can tell you, it was amazing. Consisting of speeches by the management, delicious bowls and burgers from the food trucks and many different craft beers by Ale-Hops. One of the big highlights was 10 time national champion Lukas Höllbacher doing a stunt show with his KTM Freeride E-XC. As a multi-tasking backoffice girl, I juggle my diverse interests. Over the past 18 years at Avocodo, I’ve been involved in various areas: from the classic backoffice to finance and even tackling HR topics. I truly love this diversity!
