In the year 1982 assigns Multiconic S.A. as its representative. In 1992 Schindler Holding LTD returned to the local market holding 90 % of Ascensores Schindler S.A. shares in association with the 10% of the shares being held by Coasin S.A.. In the year 1999 Ascensores Schindler S.A. acquired Ascensores Atlas S.A. establishing itself as a company with an ample range of maintenance activities and a large group of employees capable of satisfying all the transportation needs of the customers. The activities of the new company go beyond its origins covering not only the City of Buenos Aires, but also the greater Buenos Aires area and important cities such as Rosario, Bariloche, Córdoba, Mendoza, Mar del Plata, Salta and Puerto Madryn.
