I COULDN'T EVEN ORDER A BOOK
it's pretty user friendly and easy to use
BUT I HAVE A HEADACHE NOW BECAUSE I THEY DON'T TAKE APPLE PAY SO I THOUGHT "oh I have a couple of gift cards in my night stand that are just rotting away I can use those! " RIGHT! So I punch in the codes and it's more then enough to cover the cost so I go to check out AND I STILL CAN'T ORDER IT! So I go to the in store pickup thingy AND THE ONLY STORE THAT HAS THE BOOK IN STOCK IS A HOUR AWAY! so for about SIX HOURS I have been on a emotional roller coaster BECAUSE THIS APP WON'T LET ME BUY THE BOOK OF BILL WITHOUT GIVING THEM SOMETHING I DON'T EVEN HAVE!!!!

Glitchy
For such a huge company you would think they could create an app that doesn’t glitch constantly

Trash app
You would think that because Barnes and nobles books are so expensive and that they make bank they would be able to make a good app but no the app can’t even tell me if a book is in stock and then when it’s having trouble it logs me out and I can’t log back in and I have to refresh the page sometimes for it work. Also why is it so laggy like this app is absolute garbage and they haven’t done a single thing to fix the issues. TRASHHHH!!!!!!!!!
