    I was hesitant at first since there were so many negative reviews. But all the negative reviews were just about the pump not having a needle. Everyone, the needle is there at the handle, just remove the rubber stopper to get it out. They even added a sticker now to point that out.

    The inflator provided is junk. Instructions are to fill the ball to 5-6 lbs
    You cannot even come close to that pressure.
    The inflator had no threads to attach to the pump, so it just pops out.
    We tried to glue it, ruined the dining room table and ended up throwing the inflator in the trash.
    We could not inflate the ball enough to use it. If the inflator is that poor, not sure about the ball.
    Poor quality products in.

    What a surprise! The ball came in a tiny rectangular box. It wasn't inflated! But it came with a small plastic pump. However, there was no needle on the pump, rendering it useless. I started the return process but then I thought...what if the needle is inside the pump somehow. Sure enough, on one end is a little compartment. To their credit there was a tiny sticker label over the cover opening. I am probably not the first buyer to assume they forgot the needle. The ball has been inflated two days now and hasn't lost any air. The colors are so vivid and I think my grandson will LOVE it!
