2.5 Gallons of Water Delivered in Chilled Glass

We have been getting water delivered weekly for a few years now. The water is incredible, can’t even compare it to anything else because it stands in a category of its own. The glass bottles are beautiful and a must in my house as we try to avoid plastic as much as possible. Unfortunately we have had a few weeks where water wasn’t delivered and were told “oh we have too many new costumers and don’t have enough for you this week” which came as a huge shock. Or we get overcharged and then have to go back and forth for way too long to try to clear it up. The delivery men are very friendly, but sometimes they miscount how many bottles they pick up & we get charged again. It would be nice to either sign of 9! How many are being delivered/picked up or have some kind of consistency. Some weeks we’ve had 6 bottles delivered on a Friday (our usual delivery day is Wed or Thur) and then they randomly come again on a Monday because “that’s when they were in your area.”

I love the water, I like the company, I just wish there was more accountability & structure. It looks like they are working on it though!

Love the beautiful glass bottles, our delivery man Tony is fantastic and the water….the water tastes sooo good! Our whole family loves it and we are all drinking more water because of that.

Love this water and service... worth every dollar and I feel at ease knowing I'm drinking something that makes my cells alive. I also mix with lemon and real salt.

I puchased some half gallon glass containers to make it more easier to handle, store some in the fridge and to take with when going on the road and have water with me.

The best tasting water in LA. And the company is run and staffed by good people.
