Texas A&M University is proud of its long-standing tradition with the military. Texas A&M University has served student veterans since 1919 and is a national leader in service to our students who are veterans, active duty, military dependents and survivors. We are committed to providing the best possible educational experience and service to all that attend our university and are proud to have eight Medal of Honor recipients among our Aggie Former Students. The Military Admissions Office, the Aggie One Stop, Scholarships & Financial Aid, Student Business Services, and the Don & Ellie Knauss Veteran Resource & Support Center partner to fully support our military affiliated students.
Over 3,800 students- National Guard, Reservist, Active Duty, Veterans and children or spouses of those who have served or currently serving in the military currently- receive veteran education benefits at our institution.
