What is the most important thing to do before a job interview?
CX is about making customers feel delighted throughout their experiences with the brand - whether physically in a store, on the app, calling a helpline … It has to bring to life the brand value proposition in superior ways to alternatives customers may have and help drive customer choice and preference for the brand. Apple is a prime example of brands that built superiority through experience across their product offerings, in their Apple stores, in their customer engagement… CX goes well beyond fixing pain points and delivering higher NPS scores. Grounding CX efforts in helping drive strategic differentiation for the brands and build superiority vs key competitors has been a prime focus of mine Majid Al Futtaim.

What are the best ways to retain employees on a tight budget?
