On behalf of the UAE President, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, inaugurated the UAE Wind Programme during a ceremony on Sir Bani Yas Island.  POWERCHINA is honoured to be entrusted by our Client-Masdar (Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company) to participate as the EPC contractor, together with our partner-金风科技, in the successful delivery of the UAE's first Wind Programme, putting our efforts to achieve net-zero emissions by 2050. The 103.5MW project will power more than 23,000 homes a year, displacing 120,000 tons of carbon dioxide, which is equivalent to removing more than 26,000 petrol-powered cars from the roads annually. #NetZero #COP28 #Masdar #POWERCHINA #GOLDWIND
