    How we evaluate 1000s of prospects in seconds. (It’s sky-rocketed our response rates) (Post by Bjion Henry) “Cold outreach doesn’t work” No, you’re doing it wrong. Most people opt for a spray-and-pray approach. Put simply, they don’t filter their outreach list. Why? Because imagine manually checking each target. From a list of 10,000+ targets… That is an INSANE amount of manual work. But you don’t have to do it anymore. AI can help with that. Here is our workflow: ➡️ Step 1: Create a raw outreach list. First, you need a batch of prospects. Where you get this from depends on the target. Apollo, Zoominfo, Cognism are great sources for this. But for example, Apollo may have more accurate UK data. Whilst Cognism may have better USA data. So you have to know which is best for what. Another problem is the data is really broad. For example… You may scrape the “Marketing Services” category. You’ll get 1000s of prospects. But what if you only want SEO agencies? ➡️ Step 2: Company suitability That’s when AI comes in. We create a workflow to tell AI, only give us XYZ. In the video, we ask for “SEO” and “Paid Ads” companies. It reads their company bio and makes that decision. We ask the AI to explain its decision. Through reading them, we then tweak to improve accuracy. ➡️ Step 3: Role evaluation Search for “Managing Director” in any of the following: → LinkedIn Sales Navigator → Apollo → Cognism → Zoominfo. You’ll notice whilst you get those roles Sometimes it includes other roles. Or mixed roles: “CEO/CFO” This muddies your targeting. That’s why you still need AI to check these. It does a better job of refining. We provide AI a list of roles, and tell it to filter by those. ➡️ Step 3: Run conditions In the video you’ll see a lot of “Run conditions not met” This is basically us telling the AI, if you see X: Don’t do anything. For example… → If they’re from outside Europe, don’t run. → If they’re not the right role, don’t run. → If the company has less than 20 employees, don’t run. This is how we save time, money and AI credits. ➡️ Step 4: Are they a good fit? The AI will then take all of this into consideration. Then, it will tell you if they’re a good fit. After that, you can upload this list into an outreach tool. Then, you’re good to go and start driving leads. 👋 P.S You have two options: 1.     Honestly, these stats will BLOW your mind. No. 3 reveals a secret trends happening… (Post by Bjion Henry) A trend which I believe has been bubbling for a while. But thanks to Gen-AI, it’s about to blow-up! But to explain exactly why I think this... I have to take you back to 2020. Specifically, COVID. I still feel PTSD about what happened in COVID. I was running a design agency, and decided to pivot. We wound it down prematurely (big mistake)… Then started fundraising for the new venture. Then COVID hit, no-more in-person meetings. We were overwhelmed with anxiety. We weren’t on furlough, and money was running out. We were outreaching to investors manually. Week after week, email after email. It never ended. But then we discovered a LinkedIn outreach tool. When we found that, things really changed. That manual time was now shifted to more vital tasks. We stopped using VAs, started using automation. We stopped wasting money, started saving money. I strongly believe it is why we ended up raising money. Thinking back, that planted a seed for what I do today. It started the appreciation I have for sales-automation.
