"আমি একটা গাড়ি কিনবো, ল্যাম্বরগিনি । এরপরে জানি না কি করবো।" ইউটিউব এর বিভিন্ন লাক্সারিওস লাইফস্টাইল কন্টেন্ট এর ফলাফল হলো আমাদের ছোট্ট সোনামনিদের এই মানসিক অবস্থা। কিছু সচেতনামূলক স্লোগান প্রচার হওয়া উচিত। এমনিতেও অনেক দেরী হয়ে গেছে আর দেরী করাটা কি ঠিক হবে? আমরা নিজেরাইতো এডিকটেড নেক্সট জেনারেশন কে শাসন যে করব ওই মুখ কোথায় । মোবাইল, ল্যাপটপ, সোস্যাল মিডিয়া, ভিডিওস এসব থেকে তো বের হয়ে চারপাশে কি ঘটছে দেখার ফুসরত নাই।বাচ্চা খাবার গিলে না মোবাইল এ রাইমস না দেখালে। মোবাইল হাতছাড়া করলে খালি খালি লাগে। #nomophobia গিলে খাচ্ছে আমাদের। এক / দুই ঘন্টা মোবাইল থেকে দূরে থাকলে মনে হচ্ছে কি যেন হারিয়ে ফেল্লাম। মোবাইল, ইলেকট্রনিক মিডিয়া যেন সবচেয়ে কাছের আমাদের। আগে বেড়াতে গেলে সবাই আড্ডা দিত, একসাথে বসে গল্প করত আর এখন বেড়াতে গেলে হালকা গল্প আর খাওয়াদাওয়া শেষে সবাই একসাথে বসে মোবাইল, সোস্যাল মিডিয়া ব্রাউস করে। বাচ্চাদের, টিনএজার আর কি দোষ বলেন। আমরা এডাল্ট রাই তো আসক্ত। আমি জানি না আসলেই জানি না এই লাইফস্টাইল কি চলতেই থাকবে কিনা আমাদের নাকি কিছু সচতনতা তৈরী হবে এই এডিকশন দূর করার জন্যে। আমরা মোজোরিটি জনসংখ্যাই আসক্ত কিছু গুটি কয়েক মানুষ ছাড়া যারা আসলেই নিজের লাইফ নির্দিষ্ট রুটিন এ পরিচালিত করতে অভ্যস্থ। ছোটবেলায় বেড়াতে গেলে আমরা খেলতাম, সাইকেল চালাতাম, বড়দের পাশে বসে তাদের গল্প শুনতাম, এখন আমাদের বাচ্চারা মোবাইল এ গেমস খেলে, গেমস খেলতে ডিসটার্ব করলে মেজাজ খিটখিট করে, এডিকটেড এর মতো আচরন করে, খাওয়ার সময় অল্প কিছু খেয়ে নেয়। আমাদের শৈশবের স্মৃতি হলো...... নানা দাদবাড়ির বিশাল বাড়ির উঠান, নারকেল, আম, জাম, সুপারি গাছ, পুকুর, বাগান, কাজিনস রা মিলে আম, জাম ভর্তা বানানো খাওয়া, আর আমাদের বাচ্চার শৈশব স্মৃতি হবে ডোরামন, হাবিজাবি কার্টুন কারেকটারস। এই এডিকশ আমার কাছে মাদক এডিকশন থেকে কোন ভাবেই কম মনে হয় না। আমাদের কথাও বলছি। আমরাই তো এমন। নেক্সট দের কি বলবো? কিছু পদক্ষেপ নেয়া যায়..... যেমন সপ্তাহে একবার দুইবার মোবাইল ল্যাপটপ ইলেকট্রনিক মিডিয়া থেকে দূরে চলে যাওয়া যায়। ডিসকানেকসনস প্রজেক্ট করা যায় নেচার, মানুষ, জীবন, প্রিয়জন এর সাথে কানেকশনস বাড়ানোর জন্যে, "নো মোবাইল ফোন এলাউড" টাইপ গেট টুগেদার ট্রেন্ড করা উচিত, সকল স্কুল এ মোবাইল গেমস ডিসকারেজ করার জন্যে স্লোগান প্রচার করা উচিত। যেমন ছোট্ট সোনামনিদের জন্যে স্লোগান তৈরি হবে এমন " অতিরিক্ত মোবাইল গেমস সাস্থ্যের জন্যে ক্ষতিকর ", " সাবধান,, সেলফোন জম্বি হবে না। "আসো আমরা চিন্তা করতে শিখি, চারপাশটা দেখি ও উপভোগ করি" " মোবাইল আসক্তি দূর করি, চারপাশের সুন্দর পৃথিবী উপভোগ করি" এডাল্ট দের জন্যে স্লোগান হবে " অতিরিক্ত মোবাইল এবং সোস্যাল মিডিয়া আমাদের গ্রাস করছে, এখন ই সাবধান হোন, নিজের সময়ের সঠিক ব্যবহার করুন। " " ছোট্ট জীবন, মোবাইল এবং ইলেকট্রনিকস মিডিয়াকে আপনার জিবনের অধিকাংশ সময় গ্রাস করতে দিবেন না। " " দুই ঘন্টা মোবাইল ও সোস্যাল মিডিয়া ব্যবহার করার চাইতে দুই ঘন্টা শরীর চর্চা আপনাকে বেশিদিন বাচিয়ে রাখবে" " বেশিক্ষণ সোস্যাল মিডিয়া, সেলফোন ব্যবহার বর্জন করূন, নিজের সন্তান ও পরিবার কে সময় দিন। " "মোবাইল ফোন, ল্যাপটপ এর অতিরিক্ত ব্যবহার এর কারনে এসবের রেডিয়েশন থেকে যেসকল অসুস্থতা এখন মানব জাতি ফেইস করছে। এরপরেও কেন জোরালো কোন সচেতনতা তৈরী হচ্ছে না বোঝা মুশকিল। #মরিচীকা #সচেতনতা #সেলফোন #সেলফোনআসক্তি #গেমসজম্বি #ইন্টারনেটআসক্তি #সোস্যালমিডিয়াআসক্তি
