Akshay Rao, Head of E-Commerce at Babyshop, was also a speaker at the Middle East Retail Forum 2024. As part of the panel session, he shared insights on leveraging cutting-edge technology, fostering customer loyalty, and pioneering new growth strategies to stay ahead in the fast-evolving retail landscape.
