At Biesse in India, we are proud to announce the successful completion of our solar energy project, a significant step forward in our ongoing commitment to sustainability. By implementing the solar panels at our Nelamangala unit with the system capacity of 200kWp, we’re now harnessing the power of the sun to fuel our operations, generating 722 units/day, and reducing our carbon footprint. The energy generated from our solar panels will significantly reduce our dependence on non-renewable energy sources, aligning perfectly with our vision for a greener and more sustainable future. We extend our heartfelt thanks to our partners, engineers, and the entire Biesse team for their unwavering commitment to making this project a reality. Today in Jesi, at the Ancona stage of 'Risorse umane & non umane', the roadshow by Persone&Conoscenze organized by Edizioni ESTE, I shared through my experience at Biesse how, alongside strategic and business evolution, it's also crucial to have a change on the people front led by HR, involving identity, values and organization.
