We are incredibly proud to announce that three of our restaurants retained their stars in the third annual edition of the MICHELIN Guide Dubai, solidifying Atlantis Dubai's position at the forefront of the region's culinary landscape.   These establishments include Ossiano, Hakkasan and Dinner by Heston Blumenthal.   Alongside this, five restaurants across the culinary destination were awarded an honourable mention in the 2024 guide, including Nobu Dubai, Ariana’s Persian Kitchen, Jaleo by José Andrés, La Mar by Gastón Acurio and Estiatorio Milos which retained their mention from 2023.    We would like to congratulate all winners for these phenomenal achievements and thank them for continuing to drive Atlantis Dubai forward as the region’s leading culinary destination. #AtlantisExtraordinary #Michelin2024

Today, we bid farewell to Timothy M. Kelly as he moves on from his role as President of Atlantis Global after almost seven years of service as the leader of Dubai’s top destination resort. During his time with Atlantis, the brand experienced unprecedented growth, achieving record-breaking financial, guest service, and colleague satisfaction results across the portfolio. Tim led various major development initiatives, including the opening of the ultra-luxury resort, Atlantis the Royal in 2023, which made the inaugural list of The World’s 50 Best Hotels, and received the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star award in its first year of operation. Under Tim’s leadership, Atlantis also became a world-class gastronomy destination, featuring a lineup of star-studded celebrity chef restaurants. Other notable achievements include the expansion of Aquaventure into the world's largest waterpark and the implementation of the award-winning sustainability project, Atlantis Atlas Project. Philippe Zuber, CEO of Kerzner International, expressed his gratitude, stating, "We thank Tim Kelly for his dedication and hard work at Kerzner International. Tim joined us almost seven years ago, where he successfully oversaw the team at Atlantis, The Palm. He has since opened Atlantis The Royal and led the Atlantis brand globally, including Atlantis Sanya in China. Under his leadership, Tim ensured Atlantis continued to outperform its own impressive figures year-on-year. Now an Assistant Manager F&B Marketing, Nimeka has worked in various departments at Atlantis since joining in 2017, but found her spark in the Marketing team – an opportunity she credits to her experience in Food and Beverage as Assistant to the Vice President. Charged with a growth mindset, she has taken advantage of the many opportunities available within Atlantis to learn and develop in her career over the years. Nimeka was also a recipient of the ACES internal employee awards in the Assistant Manager category. We are proud to share that Angelo Immorlano and Arturo Scamardella received top honours at the Caterer After Dark Awards 2024.   Angelo Immorlano, representing Nobu and Nobu by the Beach, was awarded Bar Manager of the Year: Hotel-Managed Venue. He was praised for driving a series of world-class bar collaborations with leading figures in the global bartending community, elevating Nobu Dubai's mixology programme to new heights. Arturo Scamardella from Dinner by Heston Blumenthal won the title Sommelier of the Year: Hotel-Managed Venue. He was lauded for delving into historical references from ancient Roman times and crafting an innovative line of non-alcoholic wines akin to cold-infused juices, right here in Dubai.   The Caterer After Dark Awards is dedicated to the superstars who make the region’s nightlife industry so exciting.
