Apply now and bring your innovative designs to life with us. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Planning and designing irrigation systems to ensure efficient water use in different Landscape projects. This includes Coordination between Landscape Architects, Infrastructure and MEP Engineers to secure water volumes, and routing of water supply throughout the project. 𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆, 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀: -Working closely with clients, and other design disciplines to develop sustainable irrigation solutions that meet project requirements. -Responsible for creating drawings across all project phases: conceptual design, schematic design, detailed design, and tender documentation. -Perform hydraulic calculations to ensure proper water flow and pressure in the irrigation system. -Calculate water budgets and scheduling to optimize irrigation efficiency. 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: -Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture / Agricultural Engineering, - Irrigation major. -Professional certification in irrigation design (e.g., Certified Irrigation Designer - CID) is a plus. 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: -Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in irrigation system design. -Mastery of Revit, Civil 3D, CAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and associated software for producing detailed technical information. -Knowledge of different suppliers and equipment used in a fully functioning irrigation system. -Extensive knowledge of water hydraulics; pressure, flow, precipitation ... etc. -Extensive knowledge of water demand calculation formulas in middle east region are essential. -Knowledge of different planting types and its irrigation requirements are a must ranging from Infrastructure, Public Open Spaces, Private Residence, Podiums, Sport Fields, Farming and Hydroponic irrigation systems. -Strong knowledge of Water conservation techniques through application of different irrigation methodologies, application of water retention and drainage techniques. -Plant taxonomy and species identification are a plus. -Proven ability to conduct quality reviews and ensure deliverables meet the highest standards of excellence, consistently adhering to the company's quality assurance system. The role involves collaborating with design and engineering teams to ensure high-quality BIM execution in line with industry standards such as ISO 19650. Expertise in landscape design and proficiency in Revit and Civil 3D are essential.   𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: -Lead BIM coordination for landscape projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards. -Collaborate with landscape architects, engineers, and stakeholders to develop and implement BIM strategies. -Manage and maintain BIM models in Revit and Civil 3D, ensuring accuracy and consistency. -Facilitate coordination meetings to resolve design or coordination issues. -Ensure BIM data is organized and compliant with ISO 19650 and company standards. -Provide technical support on BIM-related software, including Revit and Civil 3D. -Assist in developing BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle. -Conduct quality checks and reviews of BIM models and documentation. -Stay updated on BIM trends, tools, and best practices in landscape design.   𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: -Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. -Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination for landscape projects.
