    Last week, I had an insightful discussion with Doctor Usama Nouri on innovation, leadership, AI, experience, and young people. When addressing the biggest obstacle for innovation, I emphasized the issue feeling not being empowered. In my view, the term 'empowered' can sometimes imply waiting for permission rather than proactively seizing opportunities. To drive innovation, one must embrace the mindset that being empowered equates to being too slow. (My motto: If you are on time, you are late!)     I have two girls, and I used to tell them to be strong, independent women. But then I heard this 👇 To all my professional female community, Is claiming to be a strong, independent woman true strength? Or is being vulnerable enough to let others in and ask for help is the real strength? Are we teaching our daughters to carry the weight of the world on their shoulders? or that strength is abstract from connections and trust?
