Sorry for the silence! #Lockdown has been super hard but I have still been reading. I find it easier to post to Instagram so give me a follow over there.

Good news is that yesterday I managed to reach my Goodreads Challenge! So pop over to insta to see what I’ve been reading.

I really want to read a proper romance novel. One of those all encompassing, love conquers all, you are my soulmate type romances.

Any recommendations?

C.L. Taylor - The Fear

Book 8 - 2020 Reading Challenge

Really couldn’t get on with this one which is a shame because I’ve liked others by Taylor.

Alex North - The Whisper Man

Book 7 - 2020 Reading Challenge

Super creepy book 😟 I can no longer go downstairs by myself. Ever.

Rosie Walsh - The Man Who Didn’t Call

Book 4 - 2020 Reading challenge

I would be interested to know what others thought about this book. I’d heard good things but I only enjoyed the first and last 100 pages. The middle lost it for me.

Happy new year Booknerds!

I am hoping to get back into reading this year and to get this blog moving again. Baby booknerd put a proper spanner in the reading works and at the moment I largely just read Mr Men and Beatrix Potter… but hopefully I’ll get through some good books this year for me!

Lucy Foley - The Hunting Party

Book 1: 2020 Reading Challenge

Has anyone else read this? I’d heard good things and wondered if anyone really rated it and why. I personally didn’t find it amazing.
