Burlington Police searching for missing 'endangered' man

BURLINGTON, NC — Officers with the Burlington Police Department are asking for the public's help in searching for a missing "endangered" man.

Police said on Saturday they received a call about a missing endangered person.

The individual was identified as 73-year-old Kenneth Lee Lawrence, who is described as a white male, 5 feet, 6 inches in height, weighing around 140 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes.

Lawrence was last seen on Friday night around 11 p.m. in the area of North Mebane Street in Burlington. He was last seen wearing a red hat, light blue shirt, blue jeans and converse shoes.
