We had a monthly membership for a small group of 4 people that met weekly at the facility. Their online booking was super simple and staff were always helpful. the facility itself is really modern and great for conducting business with co-workers. We shopped around for shared space that we could use once a week, and Spaces by far was the best deal. The parking was straight across from the building and very convenient if we had a meeting with guests. The first 2 hours are free with a $12 daily max.
It was also a plus to be able to have the Row DTLA shops and restaurants near by for lunch. The facility also felt pretty safe when walking around. When we had to cancel the membership, it was really easy to do with no hassle online. Would sign up with them again.

This is a good place to study and do work. It has a very modern vibe to it and the staff has been friendly every time I've been there.

I have a business lounge membership which gives me access to both Spaces and Regus co-working offices all over the world.

I usually come here before my UCLA Extension class at the DTLA location. I'm able to get work done before the evening class.

They have food and beverage machines, a kitchen and refrigerator as well. The coffee machine is nice to have cappuccinos and lattes while you do your work.

There are restaurants and coffee houses on the ROW property making it convenient if you want some real food.

There's usually street parking on Alameda or you can pay for parking in the structure on site.

It's also a short scooter ride to the Arts District and Little Tokyo.

      Enjoying my membership so far.

This is the best coworking facility I've ever worked out of--and I've been to a lot of them. I started at the OG Coloft (RIP) back in the day, and have since been through WeWork, Nextspace, Ignited and more. They all range from awful to adequate.

Unlike most of these, Spaces is not only a great facility, but it all comes at a reasonable price, too.

Offices range from tiny and efficient to spacious and open. If you don't need a fixed office space, the common working area with desks and booths is great as well. Plus you get the option to use other Spaces facilities all over the world.

The place is new, and still partially under construction. So I give them a bit of a pass on minor issues since the place just got online.

At the very least, they need a vending machine. The neighborhood is kind of dicey, and walking to the 7 Eleven in the dark isn't exactly an attractive option when craving a late night snack.

Don't rent from these guys, they will nickel and dime you and charge for everything, even things they do not do. I got charged a cleaning fee for an office that was handed over to me in terrible condition. They refused to waive the cleaning fee even though the office was handed over without being cleaned. I'm sure they charged the outgoing tenant a cleaning fee, which is fraud. Stay away if you can, they talk a big game like they care, but all they care about is their bottom line.

I am a member to spaces. This facility has many problem their elvator do not work with out key. i am already member to space at other locations. we book a client meeting. DTLA charge us for conference room and $150 admin fee because they can not manage the facility with other office members , They also could not invoice their member so they asked to give credit card information on phone for person who we never meet and know. we ended up paying $250 dollor for 1.5 hour uses and harasment. we never expected to treated with so much disrespect on top of that it was harasment situation because we promise our client for a meeting at this location. I will recommend please do not rent or lease from these pepole. we will pull out soon from spaces. This is horriable customer service and place

They are thieves. They act very professionally until they receive your money, and once you need to get your money back due to their mistake, the whole company ignores it. Everyone in this company tries SO HARD NOT TO GIVE MONEY BACK when they need to receive a refund back due to their mistakes. During my stay here, i literally had more months having issues with payments (wrongly charged, not giving back the wrong amount, any and every way to get your money) than months when i paid "Normal agreed payment" without any problem. It's insane. if they tried this hard to succeed in their business, they wouldn't be struggling. If you scroll down the list, you would realize that most of 5 stars are lounge members and 1 stars are the ones who are renting the office space and all the issues are related to money. . Yea stay away from this place there are much better places out there.

The sales rep David is a lying scum bag who overcharges and over promises and then manipulates people. I asked to terminate my account and he said he would have the office manager do it and they never did and I ended up getting charged for three months of unused membership. He put me in a loop hole where he knew he would get away with it and the corporate office won't even get a manager on it because I terminated and their policy won't allow for customer care.... pretty unbelievable. Time energy and money wasted for no good reason. This is a horrible company. And the downtown offices at the row are very poorly done compared to any other location. Front personnel scowling as tho they are inconvenienced for doing their job and just horrible service. Save your money and time.

The thing that makes Spaces beyond unique is the staff they have on board. Their amazing staff members (Maribel, Josh & Amber only tho ‍) have been able to provide our firm pleasant experiences that have become memorable memories. I am beyond thankful for the amazing customer service provided by these individuals.

We moved out of the company here last February, and so far it has been great. This facility is practically brand new, and spotless. Modern lights, furniture, amenities, and lots of natural light. I would definitely recommend it.

Similar experience to many previous reviewers. The management at Saces DTLA was horribly rude and made me feel unwelcome and even a burden to them. In addition, their amenities were really not worth the cost. Thankfully I found a better co-working space (CTRL Collective). The management and community here is much more professional, civil, and organized! Don't waste your time and money at Spaces DTLA!
And they always issue invoice 8th of the prior month and due date is 18th and 19th day they disconnect internet even they received the money. this is the worst office space in the world. To help your understand let's say for July rent, they issue the invoice June 8th due date June 18th. If you do not pay until that day, he disconnect internet on 19th of June, even they already got paid June rent. Is this make sense? When I complain Josh said this is the rule, but nothing mention on the contract,. Looks nice office But horrible service.
