Warm temperatures will continue across the Eastern Seaboard Friday, where record daily high temperatures may be broken. Temperatures are expected to decrease over the weekend. Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop Friday afternoon and evening. Strong to marginally severe storms possible.
Scattered thunderstorms will be possible during the morning Saturday, and again later in the evening and overnight. A few could be strong to severe.
Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are expected Friday night into Sunday. Some of these will be capable of locally heavy rainfall, potentially leading to localized flash flooding.
After a dry and slightly cooler Halloween, rain chances return Friday into the weekend. Dry conditions then return for Election Day.
