Ormond Beach, FL to Consider Ordinance Adopting Final 2025 Millage Rates

The FY 2024-25 final millage rates include the operating tax rate and the voter approved millage for the 2010 General Obligation Bond which funded Andy Romano Beachfront Park. Millages are consistent with the Commission's direction provided during the July budget workshop, to include additional funding for eleven General Fund positions. The proposed rates were tentatively approved by the Commission on July 23, 2024. The budget and millage rate provide necessary funding for implementation of City strategic plan goals.
