Panama City Beach, FL to Consider Ordinance Relating Water Rates for FY 2025

The Council will Consider Ordinance No. 1653 An Ordinance of the City of Panama City Beach, Florida, Establishingthewater, Sewer, and Reclaimed Water Rates For Fiscal Year 2024-25 and Thereafter; Increasing the Water Rates in the Amount of One Percent (1%) and Increasing Sewer and Reclaimed Rates in the Amount of Four Percent (4%), All as More Particularly Stated in the Body of This Ordinance; Repealing All Ordinances or Parts Of Ordinances in Conflict; Providing for Severability; Scrivener’s Errors; Liberal Interpretation; Modifications; Codification; and Providing an Effective Date of October 1, 2024.
