Early in the episode, when Marc is on the phone with Emily as she's telling him about the Talking Dead gig, he stands in front of a Cat Found poster. The picture on the poster is that of Boomer, Marc's cat in real life who went missing years earlier. Boomer Lives! is a phrase he adopted to sign off of his podcast, and is also the name of his production company.
