Barth tells Nolan to go to the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and La Brea Avenue, but the next scene with Nolan shows him just outside Universal Studios. Further, that intersection is a half-mile southwest of Graumann's Chinese Theater, which the scene of Nolan's arrival in LA established to now be oceanfront property with the entirety of Sunset Boulevard underwater.
