Most of us have favourite actors, singers, athletes, etc. But some people like them so much, they want to be friends with them. In a way, we have our little fantasies about hanging out with them. But at the end of the day, we have to understand that this will never happen in real life.
We have 2 women who like Cliff Richard, they're not too bad, but then we have Blue Tulip Rose Read who is OBSESSED with Mike Read so much, that claims to be married to him. Freaky!
There's a scene where she goes to a place that puts signs on T-shirts and the man who works there says "I thought Mike Read was gay." This causes Blue to go mental and burst into tears.
Then we cut to her bawling to the camera "I want to marry you, Mike. PLEASE!" You can't help but feel sorry for her. Next we have a German doctor called Klaus who is obsessed with Princess Diana. He claims that the Queen is "The Beast." He shows us all these metaphors and references to prove this.
Then we have a TV presenter who received threatening phone calls from a stalker and finally we have an interview with an actual stalker who had sent death threats to a snooker player. We only see a close up on the woman's mouth.
This is why you should never be famous. You have your own privacy and freedom. If you're famous, the whole world knows who you are and your life is not yours anymore. Its terrifying.
