Emeril Tailgates

This show is fun. They pick a super fan and then cook regional tailgate food. The recipes are great. However! What would make this show much better is the superfan getting to cook their own recipes with him. They are told they get to cook with him then have to sit there while he makes a twist on what they make which if you think about it is real weird. I want to see him cook with the fan experts. It's like he is schooling them on their own recipes. I can't imagine sitting their while he cooks my best known recipes without my actual recipe. It also would be better if he cooked in the fans environment and not just always in New Orleans like a travel cooking show. We just watch the fans faces which is funny and they have a-lot of restraint. I love cooking shows and the recipes are awesome and not basic. It's still fun to see what different regions cook and has given me some ideas for Sunday.
