In this episode, we can see Barbara Windsor MBE interact with her younger husband, Scott Mitchell, at their Marylebone, London home. Babs does not know how to use the internet or the computer according to this documentary. With her husband's assistance, we see them researching her family background. Barbara is quite honest about her dysfunctional family. She talks about her parents and how her once doting father changed after the divorce. Sadly, Barbara has never had children of her own and I wonder if she had how different she would be. Finally, we see her and her younger husband Scott (son of a schoolmate of hers from Brighton) interact as a couple not at a party but at home in London. We see the surprise looks on her face when she discovers that the Deeks is distantly related to the great British artist, John Constable. We also see her tracking her ancestry back to Cork, Ireland where she learns that the Collins immigrated to East End of London after the Irish potato famine. In the end, I think Barbara was more than satisfied with her ancestral tree. It makes you want to go out and research your family tree.
