This one is a drag to watch. The light-haired cop is always lecturing everybody and expecting the worst out of humanity. In his mind everybody is a "rapist" or "killer" or "psycho". You're totally innocent? He doesn't care. You're guilty as far as he's concerned. Because it's a tough world out there and everybody is a rapist or killer or psycho.

So you better watch your step, you got me? Everybody is a rapist or killer or psycho. Maybe I should just lock you up right now. I don't like your attitude. I'm a cop. A TV cop. And I don't like your attitude.

You might be a rapist or killer or psycho for all I know. Now I'm going to get into my cop car, my TV cop car, and find some other innocent people to harass. You got me?
