Camila Selser was born in Nicaragua and grew up in Mexico. Her mom is from Argentina and her dad from Cuba, and thanks to this she got the opportunity to grew up surrounded by a unique cultural diversity.
At age 9 she participated in a musical theatre play in Mexico City and she's acting ever since.
Camila started her professional career in Mexican theatre plays, tv shows and movies, and now she's building an international career.
A new aspect of Camila's career is becoming a producer and a director. She's the director of the Nicaraguan production house, Cinema Regional, dedicated to producing cinema in Central America, and she directed her first short film, "Hacia el sur", in 2017.
She is currently developing her first feature film as a director and working on new projects as a leading actress.
