Corey Bohan
- Actor
Aussie born, Corey Bohan is no stranger to the podium. Coming strong to
the scene of BMX Dirt in 2002, Corey placed second in Planet X Games.
Getting his name out there, he gained sponsors, and respect throughout
the action sports industry. A year later, he earned a silver medal at
the Summer X Games, just proving that it wasn't just luck at Planet X.
He showed even more potential when he won the X Games in 2004, and
2005. In 2005 he had a great season at the first Dew Tour, finishing
second in the standings. Then in the summer of 2006, Corey made X Games
history. He was the first athlete to ever three-peat in BMX Dirt. In
2006 and 2007, Bohan had some difficulty throughout the Action Sports
Tour, but is hopeful to come back strong this year.
When Corey isn't throwing his notoriously massive back flips, or pulling no-hand one-foot to tailwhips, he can be found in his home in Southern California, and featured in an episode of MTV's hit show The Hills. The only rider to win back-to-back XG Dirt gold, Australian Corey Bohan is on the cutting edge of the dirt evolution. Corey was one of the first riders to land front flips and barspin to tailwhips on dirt. He also has a knack for performing under pressure, something he displayed at X '05 when he came from last place in the final run and to first for gold. Corey placed second overall in the 2005 Dew Tour dirt standings.
