This has been due a while now and I wanted to make sure my rules for owning any of the characters i create was 100% clear~ No fuzzy spots. Even if they are cute and fun to pet~

-THESE RULES APPLY TO ANY AND ALL ADOPTS, CHARACTERS, CUSTOM ADOPTS/CHARACTERS-

-you are not allowed to alter the art that i have created of the character you've received from me. You can make changes and adjust the character as you see fit in other art. I don't have strict rules on this because I believe the longer you have a character and use it, the more it grows in personality and thus has a right to change because of it. This applies to gender change and is allowed.

-tracing or copying any of my templates is not allowed (obviously but mew >.>; ). I spend ALOT of time and work on my templates to ensure that A. they show as much detail as possible. B. Don't all look like cookie cutter adopts, and C. make it so your not just buying a character but a good piece of art.

-you cannot CAN NOT (and if you do i will be super pissed) SELL MY ADOPTS FOR PROFIT. This is really my biggest and main rule when it comes to my characters. If there was art done of the character and you wish to resell it then the price cannot go any higher then the character + art cost. This does not mean you can sell it with a crappy sketch and say it was worth $100 just to make money off the adopt. If it is brought to my attention I will use my own discretion and you will be banned from purchasing any additional adopts/characters from me.

Also I'd like to point out that I do not have any limitations on uses for my characters/adopts. I will not say you can't use it with such n such a fetish or in x-rated art because I feel that it would infringe on the whole point of receiving designed characters. I believe that they should be used as a means for a person to express themselves whether it be in a RP or a personal fantasy.

so TL:DR = Don't sell my adopts for profit, have fun~
