Media Coverage

Fresno Yosemite International Airport welcomes media coverage within the parameters of airport security restrictions and public safety. Under normal security conditions, access is typically approved to all public areas of the airport terminal lobby and baggage claim area. As a courtesy, the airport encourages the members of the media to contact Airport Public Relations prior to arrival and to observe all security procedures. Media equipment may not be left unattended at any time. Filming of the Transportation Security Administration security screening process is prohibited.

Emergency Operations

During emergency operations, news media coverage will be accommodated as public safety and security procedures permit.

For members of the media planning to film, stage live shots or conduct interviews at Fresno Yosemite International Airport, please contact our media team. Media representatives covering stories related to commercial or cargo air carriers, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) air traffic control, Transportation Security Administration (TSA) security screening procedures, Customs and Border Protection (CBP), etc. are advised to contact these air carriers or agencies directly.
