I bought a Sagem version of this phone and it was wonderful....all you could wish for from an android dect phone, but alas it wore out. So I ordered one of these. Now it would be nice to blame BT for "customizing" it but that would be too easy and maybe not correct. When it works it is fine, trouble is it simply goes on strike and will not make any calls unless you turn it off and reboot it. Toppa Entertainment, Amazons supplier have just kindly offered to sort this out so I cannot complain.....watch this spot! Toppa have now replaced the phone so that is service you simply cannot beat. Happy to deal with Toppa anytime!
