Zoho CRM is an award-winning web-based CRM designed to attract, retain, and satisfy customers to grow your business.
The core of Zoho CRM’s functionality is lead and contact management, but also sales pipeline management and purchase control. You can already assume what these features can do when bundled together, especially when placed on a revamped and easy-to-use interface that is so typical about Zoho. The home screen now includes 10 different components, with the main module navigation panel still placed on top for easier searching. Nevertheless, the user is always welcomed to customize the dashboard and make it look more business-specific.
It works well regardless if you’re a small business, an entrepreneur, or a large enterprise. Zoho CRM can automate daily business activities, track sales, and engage customers in different platforms. Likewise, its mobile platform lets you take CRM on location so can get updates fast and real-time, and close more deals even when on the go.
Another interesting hint is that you can also extend the CRM’s functionality by integrating it with popular applications, including main Zoho productivity products, but also: Microsoft Outlook, MailChimp, QuickBooks, ConstantConnect and Google Apps; as well as with cloud-based connectors like OneSaas and CloudWork.
Show MoreZoho CRM offers a wide range of benefits, most of which related to closing more sales and attracting more customers. But how exactly does its functionality help your customer relationships improve? Let’s check this out:
It automates vital sales operations
The core value of Zoho CRM is that it automates daily sales tasks, converts web visitors into hot leads, imports prospects from external sources and parties including trade shows, direct emails, and seminar. Once imported in the system, leads are matched with the appropriate sales agents, and converted into buyers sooner than you could ever imagine. Most of sales operations in Zoho CRM are single-click ones, and can be customized to meet the specific needs of your business.
Zoho CRM also allows you to manage customer accounts, such as: monitor all accounts from a shared database; view them across products, locations, account, and status; and track their purchase history for cross-sell or upsell opportunities. Likewise, you can accurately forecast revenue, establish/assign/edit sales quotas, identify individual/team performance, measure forecast accuracy, and create customizable forecast reports and dashboards.
Gives access to important data in real time
Zoho CRM offers a handy Opportunity Tracking tool allows you to see where your customer is in the sales cycle, which is the deal’s size, contact history, and competitor profile to help you craft more fitting messages. Access these data in the easy, accurate Dynamic Reports & Dashboards.
Zoho also lets you identify and target inactive leads with historical data to realign your customer messaging. The Business Card View, for instance, allows you to quickly access all pertinent customer information in one window without the need to scroll or search. The Notes Section displays the time and content of past conversations for a more personal and logical communication. Sooner than you think, relationships will be streamlined, and you will be able to make smarter and more profitable business decision.
Makes maximal use of social media
Like it or not, most of our customers nowadays are coming from Twitter and Facebook pages, which is why it is essential to have a CRM that can link them to our products/services. Allows you to go mobile
Zoho CRM has a special, dedicated mobile edition for Android and iOS users which helps stay in control of customers even while on the go. You can control their actions, access sales records, or send invitations directly from your mobile device.
It is integrated with Google Apps and Zoho suite
Zoho CRM connects to key Google Apps like Gmail, Docs and Calendar smoothly, on top of its native integration within the Zoho suite of apps. The result is you get to enhance the base system significantly with complementing apps.

PROS: I like everything that came with Zoho. It's user-friendly and data can easily be uploaded from Excel. Great design layout. Simple in including fields to a contact/account/leads and etc... Search, contact filters, and targeted e-mail lists and communication are also easy.
CONS: Can't say, really. We're a subsidiary of a U.S.-based SAAS and a consulting firm headquartered in Russia. At the moment, there's only the two of us. This is a great tool for operating a small-scale business. Question: why do I receive alerts when the main Zoho owner is my boss?
The least favorable review
PROS: Reporting, field mapping, ease of being able to categorize our clients.
CONS: Very glitchy. A system glitch has created producers and split up some of our clients. The email, notes, and other sections go missing on occasion. Basically, this makes the CRM unusable. Customer support is always very very very slow in resolving any issues. Support is not able to help across Zoho products. Sometimes it really confuses them if you mention something else. The responses are canned. I often think that I am chatting with a bot.

Ease of Use
PROS: Zoho offers affordable pricing for the features offered. It is also a clean which makes it easy to use. The best part though is the integration it offers with the Zoho suite of products.
CONS: One main thing I dislike is the UI. Another major disappointment is the lack of integration with a number of third party apps.

PROS: This tool is very simple and has an exhaustive set of features such as for lead management, allowing a salesperson to keep the track of all his leads. It also has a great dashboard that provides detailed and beautiful analytics, as well as integration with other applications like MailChimp, Google Apps, etc.
CONS: Its actions on redundant data need to be improved such that if there is redundant data, it should provide notification to admin as well as stakeholder's involved.

PROS: Zoho CRM has been very flexible for our needs. Its attributes and pricing was a great fit. It also excels in integration, like its mail integration which was a huge plus for us. Its support team is the best out there.
CONS: It is a bit dated as far as looks go and does not have the user interface to allow for simple color variations. But the biggest weakness for me is the Calendar. I would love to see more flexibility there, reflecting which events are completed, cancelled or no show. It is a very forward looking calendar, but in my business I need to look back and see what transpired at the calendar level, not drilling into activities or clients.
Intended for sales reps and functions well compared to others.

PROS: Great UI. Fast to work with. Zoho appears to be highly efficient. It's cost effective. A CRM that's really easy to use.
CONS: Difficulty in setting up packages/product kits. Duplicates happen (can be managed easily). Decent Outlook Client/Exchange integration. Still needs to work a little quicker. Having three columns instead of two makes room for enhanced usage. A big when it comes to setting up quotes.
Opportunities with it are limitless.

PROS: Zoho CRM is giving me full customization. This helps cater to my company's needs. It's a platform that allows me to be innovative and expand with very small restrictions. Affordable for any small-scale business. It gives the chance to compete head on with the bigger competition.
CONS: Other Zoho products have restrictions. For instance, when trying to integrate with Zoho CRM, it won't let me get far. I make use of automation and workflows for my tasks that would normally prevent me from being productive. I'm not at all sure if this is considered a negative thing with Zoho CRM. But it appears to be an out-of-the-box scenario.

PROS: ZOHO CRM grows with the business, as it helps address your growing needs whether it is for campaigns, events, calls, opportunities, pricing, etc. And the ZOHO app for Android works really well.
CONS: I would like to seemore automation for standard and professional versions (workflows, alerts) rather than limiting it to the enterprise version. Also, a friendlier customizable section design would be great (such as a filtering actions). There is also the problem with integrating Zopim Chat.
Apart from its upsides, it’s customizable and user-friendly.

PROS: You can kick things off free of charge. A non-technical individual can get things going in a few days. That means having the ability to enter activities and leads; translating leads to contacts; and possibly putting in quotes, invoices, orders, and products/services. An advanced user can include fields and sections that cater to certain business requirements. E-mail can also be generated.
CONS: E-mail tech support has been great. They're prompt in catering to inquiries. I hope phone support would be included in the professional version.

PROS: Zoho CRM offers flexible functionality for small businesses, start ups and non-profits at a fraction of the cost. The CRM not only allows us to manage contacts, but also host our email on their online server for no cost for up to 25 emails. The CRM grows with the company, so we can add functionality as needed.
CONS: Zoho seems to have multiple different platforms that are not always as integrated as they could be. Some of the functionality with the apps are duplicated and occasionally I've found its not as easy to cross-pollinate the data across the platforms as I'd like. There is no single administrative dashboard and several dashboards for the different apps could be better integrated.

CONS: There's nothing much to hate. That's what I love about them. They're constantly trying to improve in all areas. Everyone will love using it. It's cheap regardless if you're opting for their monthly/yearly plan.

PROS: I love how it's within a reasonable price point. It's so simple to use (as long you know your way around tech). In my opinion, it's intuitive. The 2016 roll-out was exceptional. The upgrade was big and given to current users without added charges.
CONS: Customer support is impossible to cater. That could be due to possessing a legacy account type. We have the same upgrades. But it would seem we can't have support access that those in higher verions have. At times, it would say chat is available when in reality it's only sending an e-mail.

PROS: Zoho CRM happens to be a simplified CRM that I've seen throughout my sales career. It certainly has its upsides. It has simple integration with other internet apps. Customized reports are proven to be important and insightful.
CONS: Zoho also has its downsides when compared to CRM tools. There are duplicate leads which could possibly lead to unsensible data. No cross-checks. With a majority of data is uploaded, the rate of response from Zoho CRM is painstakingly slow.
