CONS: The mail campaigns can be a bit pricey.

PROS: Zoho can integrate without any problem with other apps. Reporting and set-up are also seamless. Furthermore, it gives us the option to schedule our campaigns using different time zones. There's also an option for batch mailing which allows us to segment the people who will receive our emails.
CONS: I hope we can keep more than 5000 contacts in the subscription and they can add more templates.

PROS: Despite not having much experience in email marketing, I was able to use this tool well enough. Regulating emails can also be easily done using Zoho as it allows me to automatically delete useless emails after a few days. I can say that Zoho works perfectly well with our business.
CONS: The application tends to lag at times. This takes away some of our precious time, so I hope this can be fixed. Otherwise, I am very pleased with Zoho.

PROS: It has Zoho CRM integration. This makes it very useful for us since we're heavy users of it. Once you're able to set up a mailing list, you can actually make the system dynamic. This ensures updates on both ends to be pushed without preserving mailing lists.
CONS: We've dealt with certain challenges when coming up with a campaign design. Even with the templates available, it wasn't as easy as we expected. I'm pretty sure someone who's had a bit of experience with html or something related to design may find it simpler to utilize. Regardless, we're working our way through the learning curve, from the design standpoint.

PROS: Zoho Campaigns is a competent marketing platform that fulfills all of our professional requirements, and that's a big deal for a company that follows latest automation trends and that knows exactly what to look for. We decided for Zoho Campaigns because it provides 360 degree view on clients, and it integrates well with Zoho CRM (another product we adore!).
CONS: To be honest, translation is really on the edge of ruining their entire reputation: We are an European-based company and our messages often end up piled with unusual German words, I mean, not what a client would expect from a marketing professional. Plus, we mind that the edition mode doesn't work well unless we're using Chrome to open the program.

PROS: I'm a consultant on automation and marketing tools for different companies. With the bulk of my work for clients involves making use of powerful and bigger systems, they're more than what I'd ever want for the company I'm running. The only downside here is that they tend to be a bit expensive. But I do have everything I want that Zoho is offering.
CONS: I really miss what what other automation tools are offering. By that would mean a robust system that's larger and pricey.

PROS: I'm running a small business, which is why I choose to rely on simple and intuitive software. The first one I discovered was Zoho CRM, and I was so satifsifed that I made an instant decision to use Campaigns too. Luckily, the two are perfectly integrated, and I rely on this syncing to setup drip campaigns using other dates and actions. i was particularly satisifed with the reporting capacity, i think it really turns work into pleasure.
CONS: It is more of an email automation software than a marketing automation one, and I feel confident to share this because I am a former user of products such as Eloqua and Marketo. It is not integrated with sales software and it doesn't score leads. What I miss the most are Marketo's DKIM and SPF records on deliverability, you could only have those with via Zoho Mail. However, if your purpose is to send campaigns to small lists, Zoho Campaign is just fine.
