PROS: I love how easy it is to use! It's also customizable so we can just copy the design of the management tool we're using. I also love that it covers not just the task progress but the financial aspects of a project, as well.
CONS: It's perfect for periodical monitoring of the project, so it might be tricky to manage fixed costs. Adding teammate to a project also takes a lot of steps, I hope they can simply that. I also don't like the online browsing function especially if you're viewing bulk data.

PROS: What I like the most is that now resource planning can be conveniently accessed by anybody in the organisation! Microsoft Project was being used for resource planning till now but now with Mavenlink, we have realised how complex the whole process was. After having an excellent experience of resource planning in Mavenlink, our senior managers literally said that they just can’t believe they were doing it any other way. One more thing that really impressed me is the support that you will get from the support team of Mavenlink for anything from getting your queries answered, giving importance to possible feature upgradations to providing feedback on the roadmap of product. You can always count on them getting your voice heard for help and support.
CONS: Some functionality issues arose in project planning which were difficult to resolve in the beginning but then were solved through alternative solutions and training program. As I had the responsibility of being a project manager and also one of the main Mavenlink Admins, I gave a lot of acknowledgement about Mavenlink on this issue and they paid attention to it. I am happy to know that soon there will be lot of changes! Even without the changes it is surely adaptable, great to use and much more approachable when compared to having a .mpps present in the whole file system

PROS: The best aspects of Mavenlink are the real-time insights you gain with the burn rates, time-tracking, templates, etc.
CONS: There are a few things that can be improved, but Mavenlink is always working to add new features. My biggest pet peeves are the fact that you don't have to mark checklist items as complete in order to mark a task as complete and my monthly budgets don't update within the task repeater that Mavenlink created for us.

PROS: This tool is user-friendly and easy to implement. Its insight report allows us to view the business from different levels. Also, its expense reporting and approval are really easy. The platform also provides various viewing items. It also allows third-party integrations and to create custom workflows.
CONS: It does not deal with duplicate item detection. APIs are nested but manageable.

PROS: Managing projects and Project Budgets has been made easy with the help of Mavenlink as it is a brilliant tool for time tracking. With its help, I can keep the records of who is working on which project and for what duration.
CONS: We like to keep a record of what task is being performed by which employee, for every project. Tasks can be added to projects but while logging the time, the employees don’t assign the tasks that they have performed, because it is not mentioned as a mandatory field. Thus, at times to keep an adequate record of tasks, we have to go reverse and alter the logged time.

PROS: It is great to have just one tool for project management, tracking time and invoicing along with the feature of customization of items without paying any extra cost for it. The thing we love the most is the support team at Mavenlink. The team is always very helpful and responsive towards the feedbacks shared by us and always works in the direction of fixing things and providing updates. The updates are given on a monthly basis to every kind of feature; whether its a small feature or a bigger one. Thus, the updates are speedily available and there is no need to wait for years, for a better feature. The work is never disturbed by the updates as they are very easy and spontaneous improvements to the system. The team is excellent to work with, especially the agent named Jacquie.
CONS: At times, just like any other product, bugs might be faced but they’re fixed and responded to, in a very great way.

PROS: Mavenlink not just helps in the individual project management but it also permits the full scope management of business. You can simply customize the tool as per your requirements, your company and project. We really appreciate the actual work space provided for projects. It allows maintaining equilibrium between the easy usage and a strong set of tools. With every project, your usage can be customized and your usage can be more or less as per the suitability. This can be seen with the assimilation of the task tracking along with the Gantt tool but both of these can easily be used separately.
CONS: I just think that the tool should be more efficient in handling the recurring processes. These days, we have been using the project templates to fulfill the needs of our recessing projects which do help but not completely.

PROS: Being the project manager of our company, I was very excited that we started working with Mavenlink. Besides being a beginner with MavenLink, I am very sure that the tool is going to save a lot of my time in future. I am very keen to explore and learn more about it. The training and assistance provided by the Client Success Manager has been first-rate. We have also been able to use the live chat feature of their support system and every time we submit our ticket, we get very speedy responses. All our questions have been answered meticulously and all the actions were very fast and helpful. You’re the best Mevanlink! We’re so glad to find you.

PROS: This tool has proved out to be the first tool that I’ve ever used, which is an all-in-one solution for the management and planning of the projects or resources. It is a collaboration tool for both internal and external projects. It is an open source solution which has been incorporated with Salesforce, Jira, Google Drive and Calendar, Quickbooks etc. which are already being used by us and this tool has managed to curb all the limitations that come from these competitors. As a director of Project Management, things have been made simpler for me with the help of the insight tools provided by it and I can smoothly manage the operations in business.
CONS: The integrated Google Calendar has proved out to be a little troublesome these days, stopping us from using it as we like. In the invoice, Partial Payments from the clients are not allowed by this tool. Also, it is also not allowed to pre-bill a client on retainer as it makes the data unsteady.

PROS: The teams of our marketing and web design have been searching for such a system of project management which is able to manage the plain conversations between them and clients. We have also been looking for a system that could control the management of budget or finance of a project and also capable of handling both simple and tough projects. After a great amount of research, we came across Mavenlink which seemed the best fit for our requirements. Mavelink and the frequent upgrades by their development team has really impressed us so far. We are planning to continue with Mavenlink in the future and we strongly recommend this system to those teams that need to manage and organize various projects and their budget too.
CONS: There are very few things that I dislike. Due to the invoice or bill requirements of our company, we have been facing one obstacle in our work, which is that we’re compelled to utilize a different system for managing the invoicing. This is because Mavenlink is designed with a built-in invoicing feature or as an alternative only Quickbooks can be used for the management of invoices.

PROS: The best thing about this system is Resource Planning. We have been searching to find a perfect tool for project management and resource planning and as we came across Mavenlink, we could say that it was the only tool that paid special heed to Resource Planning. Mavenlink offers a great view for master planning through a person or project and you can easily evaluate diverse projects to notice the opportunities or capacity risks. With the easily accessible and updated resource information, things have turned out to be great for the departmental heads and senior managers. The other good feature is customer reporting. The insights custom reporting has helped us take the advantage of the data stored by Mavenlink. The unique reports are excellent and it even gets better when you get to choose what your data must show you. With Mavenlink, we have always felt like we’re partners with the system and not the customers. They are always supportive and helpful when it comes to having feedback on the updated features and they give priorities to finding solutions to our troubles.
CONS: We have come across some small issues in the usability of the system and if these are fixed, the daily tasks would become more effective. The support team has realised this and these issues would shortly be fixed. It would also be easier if the management of search parameters is done with the help of URL as this way, a specific research can be linked or shared easily. It is available only in a few searches.

PROS: The interface is very clear, simple and easy to use. It can also be put together with JIRA which holds great importance for us. A great and advanced outline of all the projects is given and our efforts are visualized in a great way. Besides the fact that I had a lot of questions, Jacquie has been greatly responsive and helpful with all of them.
CONS: The product is still growing and the system is being updated. Thus, there are some limitations and some features are still not introduced. The tutorials also need a little bit of up gradation.

PROS: We switched to Mavenlink last year and since then this tool has never failed to astonish us with its various project management abilities. Mavenlink offers a very sturdy framework so that we can handle and manage the setting up of the projects by adding the Milestones, Tasks or Deliverables along with additions like time tracking, budgets, budget integration, burn downs, resource scheduling and Gantt charts.
CONS: At times you might face a bit of difficulty with the user interface. With the addition of a framework similar to the Float.com, the resource scheduling process can be made simpler. All in all, Mavenlink has proved to be excellent in taking input from the users and keeps on updating their platform according to the feedback provided by us.
