Anonymous asked: I can only assume that you've read Just Kids, but I'm afraid I don't know what else you've read of Patti's. However, I'm wondering: What do you think of Just Kids in comparison to her other published work?

besides just kids i have read her poetry books; babel, witt, auguries of innocence, trois… comparing just kids to her poetry feels unnecessary, they are such different works. just kids is an autobiography, and i think it’s a great one at that. it’s beautifully written.

Anonymous asked: This project is truly divine. Thank you for sharing so much of Patti's beauty and raw electricity with us. I am so grateful that others exist that recognize the full extent of Patti's magic.

for some reason tumblr doesn’t let me know of new messages in my inbox, so i’m sorry this is horribly late!
anyway, thank you so much! i’m happy you like this blog.
