- QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE POST OF PRINCIPAL : i) A Master's Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) by a recognized University, ii) A Ph.D. Degree in concerned/allied/ relevant discipline(s) in the institution concerned with evidence of published work and research guidance., iii) Associate Professor/Professor with a total experience of fifteen years of teaching/research' administration in Universities, Colleges and other institutions of higher education., iv) A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS), set out in UGC Regulations, 2010, dated 30 June, 2010 (Direction No.42/2011) in Tables I to IX of Appendix III.
- QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE POST OF PHYSICAL DIRECTOR : i) A Master's Degree in Physical Education or Master's Degree in Sports Science with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) with a consistently good academic record., ii) Record of having represented the University/College at the Inter-university/ Intercollegiate competitions or the State and / or National Championships., iii) Qualifying in the national level test conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC, iv) Passed the Physical fitness test conducted in accordance with these Regulations.
- QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE POST OF LIBRARIAN : i) A Master's Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) and consistently good academic record with knowledge of computerization of Library, ii) Qualifying in the national level test conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC, iii) However, candidates, who are, or have been awarded Ph.D. degree in accordance with the "UGC (minimum standards & procedure for the award of Ph.D. degree), Regulations 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET for recruitment and appointment of college Librarian."
- QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE POST OF Asst. Professor (s) : i)Good academic record as defined by the concerned university whth at least 55% marks (or and equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master's Degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university., ii) Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/ SET., iii) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-clauses(i) and (ii) above, candidates, who are, or have been awarded a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with the UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET for requirement and appointment of Asst Professor or equivalent position in Universities/Colleges/institutions., iv) NET/SLET/SET shall also not be required for such Master's Programmes in discipline for which NET/SLET/SET is not conducted.
