News Quiz 2024: follow up

Activities for reviewing and recycling the language from News Quiz 2024

I hope you enjoyed the latest edition of the News Quiz. I also hope that your students didn't feel it was too celebrity-focused, or found it lacking in tech news or leaning too heavily on politics - you can't please everyone! But I hope the follow-up activities will give you a balanced and engaging way to continue practising the language covered in the quiz.

This year not all activities are available in all formats (I don't do much teaching these days). You'll find drag-and-drop exercises on LearningApps (Advanced level), a matching activity on WordWall (Intermediate level), and lots of traditional worksheets in both PDF and editable Google Docs formats (for both levels).

Online activities

  1. Hi Leo, thank you for the great Quiz - as always.

    NOTE: B2+/C1 Drag´n´drop 1a - is not up-to-date (it is from 2021) :-)
Could you please upload the 2024 version? :-) Thank you!
