This was a fabulous tour! So well organized! Loved all of it! We opted for both 86th Floor and 102nd Floor. A truly enjoyable experience. Everyone was SO helpful and kind as we toured the building. Please buy your tickets early! They sell out especially in the summer.

I visited NYC in October and bought the mid afternoon ticket slot. Being October it was very quiet and there was hardly a queue. The whole experience was fantastic from entrance to exit. The history of the building exhibition was amazing and unbelievable the speed in which it was built and the bravery of the men who built it. The way that a person threw a red hot rivet upwards to be caught by another with a bucket before being riveted in position by another team. Totally scary!! The lift experience is also well done building the excitement until you emerge into the first viewing deck, which is in doors. This offers great views around NYC in a nice warm environment. Another lift takes you to a higher outdoor deck which is truly stunning. It was freezing on our visit but the staff wrapped in wool coats and hats were very informative and attentive. The exit hall is also spectacular. A great afternoon out.

I couldn't believe how well done the overall experience was. The way the ESB had the interactive exhibit as we walked through the building getting to the elevator made me feel like I was in Disney World. The line was constantly moving as different exhibits peaked different guests interests. The staff was uniformed professionally but also in a way that made me feel like I was at an attraction. The elevator video was unexpected and a huge hit to my kids. I can't say enough about how great the experience was.

Our Empire State Building visit went great. My family and I had a fun time. We loved the amazing view and learning the history of the building. Would definitely visit again and will recommend to family and friends.

Really enjoyed the visit. I last visited in January 1977. The process of visiting was very easy especially for my son and daughter-in-law with their 4 month old in a carriage. They had not visited the Empire State Building but had visited 2 other very high observation platforms at other skyscrapers in NYC. They liked what they saw. It was money well spent.

It has been 20 years since we last visited New York and the Empire State Building and the views are still as spectacular as they ever were. The introduction of the interactive museum was a great addition and was extremely informative and fun. It still remains, for us, one of the 'must do' attractions in NY.

Its 25 years since we last visited the Empire State Building and the views are as spectacular as they were then - albeit the poignant, sad and devasting loss of the Twin Towers buildings. The inclusion of the interactive museum was both informative and fun. Definitely one of the 'must see' attractions in New York in our opinion.

Our tour to the Empire State Building was great. Our scheduled time was for 9am and we were allowed in at 8:30 when they opened. We were literally the first to go up to the viewing deck as well as the 102 floor. The view was great even though there was some slight haze (due to an early morning passing shower). Rating of 4 of 5 due to the registers not working at the gift shop which created a line to backup.

Myself, Husband and Daughter visited the Empire State Building beginning of July. It was our Daughters 18th birthday and she had a lovely time. We had the Express 86th floor ticket which was great no waiting. It was a wonderful experience the weather was very clear so the views were amazing. We would recommend doing the Empire State Building.

Took our granddaughters to NYC and taking them to the ESB was at the top of the list of things to do. There have been some significant updates since our last visit, which have only improved the overall experience. Fear of heights, but cannot resist visiting this iconic building whenever we are in town for a vacation.
