I’m having trouble with my Last.fm Pro membership

Last.fm Pro customers:


How do I cancel my recurring payment?

You can cancel your recurring* payment prior to the next billing date, which will stop the recurring charges from that date onwards. You can do this from your Last.fm Pro account settings here.

* It is not possible to cancel one-off payments, since these do not renew at the end of the subscription term.
 

How do I update my payment details or manage my subscription?

  • If you are a Stripe customer: you can manage your payment details by clicking the 'Manage Subscription' button from your account settings here.
  • If you are a PayPal customer:  please log into your PayPal account, navigate to Automatic Payments, and click on Last.fm from the list. 


Can I switch from Monthly to Yearly payments, or vice versa?

You can do this by cancelling your existing subscription and starting a new one.  For more information, please read this post.


Can I switch my payment processor from PayPal to Stripe, or vice versa?

As above, this can be done by cancelling your existing subscription and starting a new one with your preferred payment provider.


Last.fm Pro was automatically cancelled?

If your payment card on record expires or there's another problem processing your payment (e.g. insufficient funds), we will try to complete the transaction again a few days later. 
 
  • If you are a Stripe customer: you can manage your payment details by clicking the 'Manage Subscription' button from your account settings here.
  • If you are a PayPal customer:  please log into your PayPal account, navigate to Automatic Payments, and check that your payment details are up-to-date and valid. 
 
If, after 10 days, we are unable complete the transaction, your Last.fm Pro subscription will be automatically cancelled.  Don't worry if this happens -- simply wait for the subscription to expire on the website, and then you can start a new recurring subscription here: https://www.last.fm/pro

If you're still having difficulties with your Last.fm Pro account, feel free to send us an email and we'll do our best to help. If possible, please include the following details:

  • Your First and Last name
  • Your Last.fm Username
  • Your current email address
  • Stripe customers: Receipt number or Invoice number of the last payment.
  • PayPal customers: The Transaction ID of your last payment and email address used for PayPal (if different from your Last.fm account).
