酸奶油是一种奶制品,由鮮奶油和乳酸菌发酵而成[1]。因发酵的乳酸菌和酸味得名(Sour cream)[2]。酸奶油口感滑順,味道接近酸奶和克非尔的混合。脂肪含量仅10%,是最清淡的奶油制品。每100克酸奶油仅含190卡路里。像大多数其他酸牛奶产品一样,酸奶油最初来自东欧和斯堪的那维亚。酸奶油需要冷藏,开封后能保存一周。
