YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As (Senior) Sales Manager (m/f/x) you will be responsible for the acquisition and support of new direct customers in the field of digital advertising with your own sales responsibility and budget targets. You will develop your own acquisition strategy, pitch our advertising products and present them to your customers. In detail, the following tasks are part of your area of responsibility:

  • You look after existing customers and prepare the acquisition of new customers
  • You acquire new direct customers from existing and new leads and get them excited about our solutions. You pursue this goal with a high level of drive and the persistence that is characteristic of sales
  • Ideally, you already have a broad network and use it efficiently
  • You are the contact person for our direct customers & agencies and provide ongoing and successful advice on our product diversity
  • You communicate and convince new customers of our solutions and present YOC Switzerland at networking events and trade events
  • In cooperation with our publisher and campaign management teams, you develop innovative ideas for our clients and derive sales strategies for our company
  • You continuously develop your own market knowledge and share it with the team and in regular exchange with your international colleagues in the YOC Group

YOUR PROFILE

  • You are a strong communicator and know how to build customer relationships from the ground up. This includes very good presentation skills
  • You are characterized by your customer orientation and hunting mentality - sales is your passion!
  • You show innovative and dynamic thinking patterns, take responsibility and work accurately
  • You are proficient in the common MS Office programs (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • You have excellent German and fluent English skills and are willing to travel
