Has anybody had any luck with A Street Automotive or North Park Auto Repair? They both sound realy nice on the phone and the price quoted for an altanator was about the same.

I did Mike... and he only had one lift.. which was under use.. I was kinda pissed cause I called ahead the day before and he said bring it in.. I told him I had a few hours but could not leave my car. I'll give him one more chance.

Your recommendation for the tires sounds really good. I priced out 4 new tires for my car at approx $550... way less than any other place. I'll go there next weekend.

dang marci sorry i dont know much about saturns.  You could try getting a quote from SNappy Auto Service they are in North Park and ive seen him working on Saturns before.

Johnny, sorry to hear about your experience with les :-(     he's usually pretty quick unless it's something ridiculous.    Like when he rebuilt my 4x4 transfer case it took 2 weeks but he gave me such a low price that i couldn't complain.

And ya el amigo tires has ridiculous pricing and the best service.   I dont know why anybody would go to "discount tire"  its like double the price just to have some magazines and a clean floor in the waiting room.  And discount takes twice as long.   El amigo is like a nascar pitstop they dont waste any time.
