My best bud sent me a video of this place and we had to try it. What was the video about? The Phozilla! We went for lunch on a Saturday and there was a long line! We arrived around 12:30 and had to wait over an hour. Sign up as soon as you arrive.
We ordered the following:
1. Cha Gio - crispy Imperial rolls, 5 pieces, served with lettuce leaf, pickled carrots and radish and fish sauce for dipping. Hot and crunchy, filled with pork, rice noodles bean sprouts.
2. Phozilla - an XXL bowl of Pho noodles, in a beef bone marrow broth, with a 1-1/2lb Maine lobster, bone in beef rib (over 1lb), oxtail, fillet mignon, brisket, marrow, crispy onion and spring onions. WOW! Tasty, flavorful, prime ingredients, big (really XXL) and pretty expensive. The two of us, barely made a dent! We probably had enough leftovers for another 2 bowls of Pho.
We came, we ordered, we ate and we were defeated by the Phozilla. There are so much good stuff on the menu, we will be back soon!
